Return Policy
 

We truly appreciate your business and want you to be a satisfied customer. If for some reason you are unhappy your purchase, let us know within 30 days of receipt of goods. We will issue credit towards any other item(s) of your choice as follows:

  • Unopened Product - Full credit
  • Reboxed Product - Full credit less 15% restocking fee

Reboxed returned products must be in good condition. Any returned goods that have been abused, physically damaged or have serial numbers removed will be refused and returned to customer. All returns must include everything that originally came with the item (box, packing, manuals, hardware etc.). Any incomplete return will have cost of replacing missing pieces from the manufacturer debited from the credit issued.
