Warranty Coverage

Since we are authorized dealers for all that we sell, products purchased from Car-Fi.com are covered under manufacturer's warranty. Any exceptions to this will be indicated otherwise (eg: Garage Sale items and special sale items). Coverage is limited to that provided by the manufacturer's warranty.

Should you have a defective product, contact your nearest store. If your product was installed by Car-Fi, call ahead for an appointment to have it removed so it can be serviced If it fails within 30 days, the products will be exhanged as long as you have everything that came with the product (box, packing, documentation, parts) and the procduct hasn't been abused.

Manufacturer's warranties generally do not cover abuse (consult the warranty information supplied with your product for limitations). We recommend you always keep the box and packing that came with your product (at least for the duration of the warranty) in the event you should ever need to have it for serviced or exchanged.
